RogerH
Hi Folks, I've managed to clean up this picture of the Bee-Eater on a power line. Awkward shooting; Bright sky behind shutting the lens down. Again it really was a long way away. At the limit of my 600mm telephoto lens But you can see some good detail. Waldi
This weekend is the 50-year celebration of the Dutch TRCH. Over 200 cars and around 400 guests attend the event. The UK is well represented with several groups attending and it was a good opportunity to meet several forum-friends “in real”.
iani
I've just returned from a week's touring with some Triumph friends, in the pic you can see my GT6 and the lovely TR3 belonging to Yvan Roggeman, it was definitely the car of the week, handling everything that was thrown at it and keeping up with us all, not including an interesting 127mph stretch I managed in the GT6 at one point!. We had a few days in Bled, I'd recommend a visit there, the nearby roads are great and the mountains don't attract too many cyclists or motorcycles.

RogerH
Had a nice lunchtime at the Classic Car Hub near Bibury in Oxfordshire. Had pride of place for the parking - right up front (in front of some Ferarri's) No pics but good memories. Roger

Bob I bet they are still there. They are very close to the pair of gate houses, one of which is the NT tea room. They are low down in the meadow and probably at the same level as the river. You wouldn’t see them from the river . Have you ever seen the circle of chairs in the middle of the meadow from the river? I doubt it.
Lebro
I walked over the grass to where they were (opposite the NT car park.) The two rows of metal chairs were there as always. Did you see the "Writ in water" memorial (looks like a huge concrete bin) Bob

The wicker people were very near the Tea room.
