  2. Hi Harry I have LED lights in my 5 and had no trouble at the MOT garage they even let me adjust them their, And I have told the insurance company they are fitted, It is the TRR insurance, Hope this helps you. Cheers Dave.

You don't need to make anything just stick the pin in a piece of plastic tubing that just holds the pin then you can just release the spring then pull the tubing off Then push the pin home with a small screwdriver, Simples. If you want a bit of tubing I'll bring some to the International Cheers Dave.

  7. Hi Mark, I make the cable sheathing on my 5 from where it sits in the adjuster on the linkage to the brass ferell on the bulkhead 27 3/4" hope this helps, Cheers Dave.
  8. Hi John, I have a 18ACR Alternator on my 5 and I only have two wires connected to it, The thick Brown and White and the Thin Brown and Yellow, The Thin Brown and Green is not used, I'm sure someone with more knowledge of electrics will be along soon. Hope this help's, Cheers Dave.

  10. Hi Bob, Bulbs bought and fitted and what a difference they make, All the wire's fitted in the bowl no problems, just had to swap the wires round on the plug, Thanks for your help all the best, Dave.
  11. Hi Mark, On my 5 the cable goes from an engine backplate bolt then up to a bulkhead bolt behind the metering unit then up to the battery, Hope this helps. Cheers Dave.

  13. I currently have Halogen Wipac lamp units on my car would thes'e LED bulbs fit ok or do I have to change to the Valero cibie lamps, Or are the Valero lamps better? Thanks in advance, Dave.
