scotty
Magic wand to fix my 3 !
BlueTR3A-5EKT
So what is wrong with it? I am sure we can work together with you to supply some guidance/help/advice. These cars are for driving not polishing. I have worked with spares for years and never found a part number for a plinth. scotty
Hi Peter , Its not been on the road for many a year ( decades ) . Im sure you can guess the state . Started removing bits this week to fix it up but the kids keep going on about some geezer called Potter who can supply wands which would fix it in time for the weekend. RogerH
Hi Scotty, since the last book of Harry Potter, the Deathly Hallowes, the late Gregorovitch and the abused, ill-treated Mr. Ollivander are in no fit condition to procure decent wands. Other wand makers are rubbish in comparison, specialising MG wands that are slow and have no imagination. As such, because of this, the price of good wands has gone sky high. Phoenix feathers are rarer than hens teeth. And, hens teeth are only a wee bit more available than Phoenix feathers. Now if you need a broom then that's another story all together. Sorry about the spelling Roger
scotty
Ahh the broom , of course , how could i forget the phrase on where I should stick that , the Mrs is constantly reminding me of the location.

Sorry about the spelling Roger Hi Scotty I don't know about a magic wand - try taking some of what Roger's having and you should be OK to have it done by next weekend! . . . and if that doesn't work - and you do find a magic wand - can I borrow it after you? Cheers Roger
SuzanneH
Pogo Wands are very personalised things and one that works for Scotty won't necessarily work for you. They are made bespoke to your personality requirements, assuming you are not a Muggle of course. Sue

foster461
Talk to Stuart. He has one and I have seen several cars that he has waved it over. It only partially works over long distances but we have tested its effectiveness up to 4000 miles. Stan
RogerH
Hi Stan, Stuart, wands!! I don't think so. He is more of a cauldron man. Eye of newt, willy of toad and all that stuff - he does live in Cornwall after all. Roger

Kiwifrog
I think I am going to have a beer, all this talk of waving ones wand over a car has made me nervous
Tony Millward
Australian wands tend to work ok (to a degree). They appear a bit bent but always come back to you if you throw them. Think I'll buy a box of em for my TR2 resto.... Tony
GUY BENNETT
Hmm the impossible we can manage but miracles do take a little longer Stuart. Which is why he works on TR's and is not a beautician!
BlueTR3A-5EKT
Remember too It is not the size of the wand, but the way you wave it. Peter W
scotty
Lol, a bit like golf then - all to do with the hips ?
Don Elliott
I think Stuart gets a lot of his magic - well just see for yourself. It's right there.

Rodbr
Albert Quote "Alongside me today is my human, named Stuart". He is a london west country cross I trained myself, note how he is perched and a lert at my side, ready and willing to obey my every command"Still not sure what a lert actually but he is it! Normally a well behaved human but I do have to keep him on a leash in case he runs off to play with other humans and their boxes on wheels".
Alec Pringle
Two hours after the above post, Rod's part completed restoration was seen leaving Grampound Road on the back of a lorry emblazoned "Scrap Metal Dealers" . . . . . Cheers, Alec
