Thanks Mike, I made a mess of that … you all recognise the plane though, anyone ever flown it?…. My old neighbour and good friend, a Yorkshireman then living in Toulouse, "built the wings" and had wonderful stories about "his mate ‘Trubbers’ who used to fly it from the beginning

The person in charge of all Non Destructive  Testing on Concorde and can tell you all you want to know about this aircraft,  no longer posts on here.

Good enough reason to get him back on board Sue?….. Ask him if Are any still airworthy?

Totally agree.

The nicest design detail was that flat surface just above the needle.

Just the right size to put 3 old pennies on it if the needle needed more pressure to stop it skating

This was the music system in "the best steak restaurant in all Thailand " …… I kid you not, they had one record that they continually played on the same side (B side must have been seriously **** or, scratched?)

Well here it is rotated , cropped and enhanced but for all you can see it could be an Amstrad special.
