Deggers
I'll second that Hamish. I've also had a good response selling through Car and Classic in the past. Always admired the lines of the Healey's, very nice . . . Cheers, Deggers

Drove a chum's AH BJ8 round the Yorkshire Dales a couple of weeks ago. Soooo disappointed, as I sooooo wanted to love it. Great to have the smoothness and power of the 6 cylinder engine but assumed he had got the tyre pressures all wrong or something else as the driving experience was so poor compared to my 3A. RogerH
Hi Miles, the TR's really are good driving cars - even the hairdressers 4A. Something for everybody. Roger

I’d prefer to drive a Morris Minor than that- seriously! It will out perform it on corners quite easily. The Minor had the front upright similar to TR’s but the magic was in the longitudinal and low torsion bar arrangement. Unlike the TR, the top joint doubled as a damper arm mounting with the damper being mounted inboard on the crossmember away from the actual suspension. No heavy coil spring and damper adding to unsprung weight. An Issigonis masterstroke with R/P steering and outcornered many sports cars of the day- including that heavy old beast!
