I know there is a 6 in there, but are these H6's or HS6's ?

Ian, its an old photo

 

The bays is now covered in a protective blend of carbon soot / oil mist

 

The rad is done and the stays are now on

I think they are HS6 but the 'S' indicates a separate float chamber. There's a nylon tube from the f/c base to the jet.

As opposed to Hif - integral float chamber

And HD, diaphragm seal, no tube.

Non standard filters? are they drilled for the atmospheric bleed?

HS6 one float chamber in front, & one behind. But you have the H6 brass topped dashpot pistons which makes them look like H6's at first glance. HS6 would normaly have black plastic tops.
