4Mal
Just got back from Oulton. Good afternoon, although some of the saloon races were a tad too long.... Saw Ian and Peter there and had a chat with a couple of TR competitors. Took a few pics and if you wish to see then please click below. Not professional, but enthusiastic. No apologies for TR4 at the end https://picasaweb.go...gCPSH4pvN2_mQMA# Edited October 6, 2012 by 4Mal
Dave Ashworth
Great photos Mal. When I was driving out of Malvern at the international, I glanced into the Concours shed and couldn't help noticing a bit of tinware the size of a small dustbin on the roof or your motor, Mal. I've been meaning to ask what you won? All the best, Dave Ashworth
4Mal
It was the "Pride of Ownership" award win for TR4 to TR5.

4Mal
I've been trying to find out as I ended up chatting with Ian and then had to leave... I wish the race was earlier as it was one of the better events on. The SLR looked magnificent on the track and is well worth the trip to see it run. Lovely thing and I'd be prepared to let the Pork Scratching go if it wanted to live in my garage - that's assuming I had the necessary quids required. ...and thanks Peter D ! 4Mal
Thanks Peter. Enjoyed that. It's a great circuit and the setting is wonderful for the punter as well, being parkland where you can choose your parking spot.
