RobH Posted January 13 Report Share Posted January 13 PVC isn't the easiest of materials to glue. I wonder what was being used as an adhesive? Normal superglue won't grip for long because PVC has a smooth greasy surface - usually you need a solvent cement but it didn't look like that. The method of use looked odd too, just running it round the outside of a closed joint is unlikely to achieve a decent bond. Also the sheet looks incredibly flat for something which was supposed to have been straightened using a weight. Methinks not all was being shown......and not all that was shown was real.
