No, we do not live so far south as you so do not have to panic so early in the Winter We in London are 9 degrees north of Toronto, so we must be warmer due to global something or other. My profile pic here, FYI, is taken on the Top of the World highway between Yukon and Alaska on the Alcan 5000 rally back in 2014. I remember skiing with new boots ( hjghered ones) and ended up with V shaped scars on the back of my ankles for the next couple of years. Hope you haven't got blisters. We were out on Saturday and my old boots started falling apart so yesterday I got all the new kit and will be snowboarding on Saturday with them.
