RogerH
Hi David, weld it up and drill an new hole. Or oversize and fit a bush. Roger

tr graham
Make sure you hav a drill bit capable of drilling the weld first , you would be better gas welding , as that is softer to drill. graham
TorontoTim
I've also welded up the worn side and re-rounded the hole with a rat file.
Nigel Triumph
2 hours ago, RogerH said: Hi David, weld it up and drill an new hole. Or oversize and fit a bush. Roger I had the same problem on my GT6. Took a while to work out what was rattling on bumpy lanes! Welded it and re-drilled as Roger says. It's been fine for almost 20 years and 40k miles. qkingston
Maybe Triumph should have used this process
