TR6 Rolling Road Testing.

Recommended Posts

A productive day today, at Peter Burgess's establishment, for testing on my fast road TR6 PI. Standard rebuilt distributor Vs 123 Tune. Back to back results, timing set at idle, to that of stock distributor, and then adjustment via lap top to manipulate advance curves.

Well worth the effort.

No connection to Mr Burgess, just a satisfied customer.

123 tune was certainly an improvement, but my stock distributor has done very well over the years, I must say.

Cheers.

I've been considering a 123tune for a while Tom.

I guess you had the tachometer converted to electronic?

You can get the 123 tune installed in the original dizzy casing if you wish to allow the use of the conventional tacho drive

There may be a messsage board glitch.

Another member and I found this week that neither of us could receive PMs.

I'll 'report' this post to bring it to the attention of the board admins.
