Emoes
Just to let you know Mallory Park has officially gone into administration. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/110246
MichaelH
Lets hope this is a hiccup in racing rather than the loss of a circuit which I have visited and competed at for the last 55 yrs ( yes really I remember lotus 11s and original lotus elites like DAD10 racing)
Guest ntc
Sad news indeed I fear never to be raced on again
Dave McDonald
What a travesty. Not the best facilities in the world but a great track to visit to both compete at and spectate. Great central UK location. I hope the other noise objectors at other circuits don't become emboldened by the success of the Mallory Park protestors and increase their efforts to have other circuits severley restricted or ultimately closed. Donington, Croft and Castle Combe for instance all have current noise and time limits which must make their viability as a business marginal. Dave McD
V8 Lady
Got to help keep Mallory going - I loved taking the V8 round a few years back. Great spectator circuit too ! KEEP ADDING TO THE PETITION, and pass on link to other car clubs & motor sport enthusiasts you know ! http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/46739 NOW STANDS AT 35000 and will be considered for debate by the Backbench Business Committee should it pass the 100 000 signature threshold. MikeHughes
Lets hope the Administrators words ring true although there are a number of other issues at stake as well as noise as we all know! Mike
roy53
If there is a chance that they will get planning for housing then i am afraid it's GONE unless a racing benefactor buys it. Roy
