Richardtr3a
I am looking for the material which is used for the body mounting pads on the TR3A. Is it possible to buy a sheet 12" square for an experiment ? The small square that I have has the holes in the wrong place for my project. It is reinforced and quite thin black fabric about 1/8" and has one side thicker than the other. Please let me know Richard & B
Kiwifrog
I believe old conveyer belt rubber is fairly similar
BlueTR3A-5EKT
I recall Fireman049 (Tom) said he used time expired fire hose that he got a few yards of from his local fire station.
james christie
Go and visit the workshop manager of a quarry with conveyor belts as suggested by Kiwifrog. Conveyor belts are changed very frequently (and the disposal of the changed one is always a problem!) james

Dave McDonald
Surely conveyor belting is substantially thicker than the 1/8” that Richatd wants, from what I’ve seen it’s about 1/2” thick. Try Woolies. Dave McD
stillp
They come in different thicknesses Dave, from about 1mm up to 25mm. Pete
