Steve-B
Coming back from Turville today on the edge of Fingest So Bucks we spotted a soft top Spitfire and a hardtop Spitfire looking rather sad. Soft top Spitfire reg ATR 150V Hard top Spitfire reg VMP 399M Anyone know the owner? Might be worth approaching Edited April 30, 2023 by Steve-B
AndyR100
The V reg one is currently SORN, so not technically abandoned. The number plate of the M reg one is listed by DVLA as being on a ‘74 Toyota and untaxed since ‘85 (when the last V5 was issued) so that one looks a little odd. ……… Andy

Steve-B
Thanks for spotting my typo, granddaughter was helping Papa by taking the photos. The hard top car looked in better nick it appeared. Perhaps someone here may want directions to go approach the owner with a view to buy/restore? If so let me know and I'll get you GPS coordinates to them.

Hamish
Seems a theme abandoning two cars the same colour in the same place ………
John Bracher
It looks like a frame from one of those 'time lapse' films!!
