Lebro
Yep, agree that is the same as my method, but with a dedicated hazard warning lamp. I may have gone for that had I not already done mine with a hidden switch. Bob Edited August 22, 2022 by Lebro

Ralph Whitaker
Used my hazard flashers for the first time tonight, on an unlit road in a bus lane. I hasten to add that it was not my breakdown, but a friends A35 saloon cut out and lost all sparks. Turned out to be the points had corroded up, and a quick file with his wifes emery board nail file soon got it going again, but I stayed behind him with the hazards on and Bobs super bright Led tail light bulbs and we were lit up like a Christmas tree. Glad I fitted the hazard kit and I intend to fit another on the A35 van, my friend was impressed and is going to fit them to the Austin too. Ralph.

Lebro
Iain. The switch I used has no numbers, but the contact arrangement is as shown on the diagram, i.e. the centre terminals (on above the other) connect either to the left hand, or the right hand terminals depending on switch position. if in doubt, measure with a continuity meter.
