Rob Y
Hi everyone, I am thinking of making and fitting a windblocker to my car and I would like to change the screws that hold the hood frame to the body for longer ones to mount the brackets there. Does anyone know what size and thread type these screw are please. They are countersunk screws - all mine are different lengths! When I look on Rimmers or Moss website it just says screw - no details. Thanks in advance Rob

RogerH
Hi Rob, as above. There is plenty of room behind so too long will probably not happen. Roger
foster461
The factory ones are pointy so they can locate the hole in the loose plate behind the sheet metal. You really only need one pointy screw to get the initial alignment. Stan
