Rhodri
The TR Register office normally have most books in stock.

johnhodges
Hi Jonlar I've looked at this book and is titled Triumph TR2, 3, 3A (Super Profile S.), I don't think this is the book I want, Nigel from the US tells me the ISBN is 1901432033. and there are copies on Abebooks and Amazon in the US but for an extortionate amount. Regards John
jonlar
Hi John, I think you are probably correct, looked again and it's only 56 pages or so. Â I've a couple more sources to try for you.

Nigel Lay
Hi John & Jon  Get a copy quick as I have explained to John in PM it is an excellent reference book but make sure they have it in stock as at the moment it is out of print. Was going to email HQ suggesting they get some more printed as take a look at amazon UK . They are listing 3 second hand copies from £182.00 - £204.00. The world has gone mad!!! (or the people on it). Nigel
Nigel Lay
DONT give Virgin books your details, they have non in stock, no delivery date but will put it on extended back order! Just got in and there was a reply to my email. Suggest HQ is contacted. Nigel
jonlar
Hi Nigel, Just checked my mail, order accepted, perhaps John and I had bought last copies...? Â Have to wait and see.
johnhodges
I just went onto virgin books, and it didn't recognise my details so I reregistered and reordered and it accepted the order twice more, so either I'm going to get three copies or virgin are a load of ******* and should be avoided, watch this space
jonlar
Hi John, I've PM'd you - have you got it?
johnhodges
Quick PS just checked my mail and the two orders placed tonight accepted (but reading small print it says no guarrantee of supply it depends on stock availability) so who knows, no sign of order placed yesterday, it still looks like a dodgy website to me, not what we expect from our Richard. johnhodges
Hi jonlar Yes the answere is yes, seems like virginbooks.co.uk got their knickers in twist, we shall see what happens regards John
Nigel Lay
Hi John & Jon, If you get no joy I am over in France next month, I will try the 'French Connection' Â for you. Regards, Â Nigel
Mychael
Nigel, I'd be interested if you could have a look for me as well. I cannot locate that book here in Australia either. Â Mychael
Nigel Lay
No problem Mychael, I will dig around in Europe and see what comes up. I was talking to friend just now who has a Healy 3000. There is a very similar book for them. Like the TR book is was printed in 1998 and £19.95 as well but it is now out of print and the dealers are asking £150.00 (whats that, nearly $300) for them.  Just another rip off. Nigel Lay
Have just emailed the Office regarding a reprint. Â Will let you know what the reply is when I get it. Nigel
johnhodges
Hi all Predictably virginbooks have no stock and have cancelled my order, I've never come across an (supposedly kosher) internet site taking payment for stock they don't have before, but perhaps I'm a bit of a virgin. Lets hope the register can organise a reprint so we don't have to pay rip off prices. regards John
Mychael
Yes, just a wee bit too expensive for me. I don't mind paying say $100 if the book is in good order but not $300. Â Thanks, Mychael
jonlar
John and Nigel, just received this from Virgin Books  "Dear Mr. Larcombe,  Unfortunately, we have been advised by the publisher that this title is out of print and no longer available.  Due to this information we have cancelled your order and confirm that no payment has been authorised.  May I suggest that you contact a booksearch company who may be able to trace a copy for you - please try www.abebooks.co.uk  Yours Sincerely Stuart Finglass"
Nigel Lay
Had a reply back from two shops in France, both no stock. Will try when I get over there next month. Nigel
