Fireman049
I'm about to refit all the panels to my TR3A after a respray. I have a few tins of Dum Dum in the garage. I believe that Dum Dum will solidify after a while? What's the best to use that will not solidify and make removal of panels easier? Tom.
Motorsport Mickey
Indasa windscreen sealant, I only know this because that's what Stuart uses for refitting TR wings etc before screwing back to together. Mick Richards

Not what you want for fitting wings with. What you need for bolt on wing/panel fitting is this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/INDASA-Windscreen-Sealant-Window-Sunroof-Cluster-Leak-Repair-Sealer-Black/290841249612?rt=nc Stuart. Rodbr
HI TOM , SORRY CLICKED ON THE WRONG LINK. Of course as Mick had advised it was the screen sealer, available from other suppliers on a Google search.
mleadbeater
Tom I used black gutter/roofing sealer, makes a good non-setting seal, and cheap ( less than £2 from Screwfix from memory) bit messy but easily removed with white-spirit. Mike
Lebro
B & Q do something similar which I used to seal my screen to the frame. Not ideal as it turns out (for windscreens) as it never sets, & tends to creep out. But maybe perfect for panel joints ? Bob.
