JJC
No, not the number itself, suppliers of plates is what I meant
Neil_W
No, not the number itself, suppliers of plates is what I meant Not cheap but as per original - think you have a TR4 so will want metal plates of correct age /number size / font. randall977
Yes, mine were from Jepsons - Pressed aluminum for less than £25 a pair via my local Motaquip...
ianc
Very nice - just as they should be (see Bill's "Original Triumph TR4/4A/5/6"). £25 for a pair of the correct style plates strikes me as very reasonable. I imagine one has to provide documentation in order to be able to order new plates (else any scumbag could obtain them). So that JJC (and others) may know, what is required? Ian Cornish P.S. Tony: 8VC is good - but not quite as good as 3VC, 4VC or 6VC! But you knew that!
Ade-TR4
If you're anywhere near Tatton Park on the w/e of the 20/21 August, there's a chap who will make them for you While you wait. And while you wait, there's a massive Classic Car show/ autojumble to wander around! Cheers Adey
