mjc
My 6 is going in for its MOT in 2 hours. Can't get the drivers side indicator to flash it stays on. Pass side works fine. Any suggestions. Thanks Mike
simonjrwinter
Front? back? Usually a bad earth somewhere
ianhoward
Bulb or bad earth? Also, check one of the in-line connectors for the driver's side has good contact - or come adrift! Brgds
TRTerry
Have you tried it with the engine running above idle? Sometimes it's just a combination of low battery volts and old wiring. I don't think the MOT requires you to have the engine switched off on this test.
nickthepedal
Hello When I had this problem it was a poor earth on the bulb holder in the boot, a bit of emery paper and a wiggle and all was well. Good hunting. Cheers. Nick.
Phil Kirk
I had this same issue a couple of weeks ago turneed out to be the flasher unit. I do not why the offside was working Ok and the near side was not. Cheap fix though. Cheers Phil
