Hi guys

i have my near side rear Lever Arm weeping, its not to bad but I do like to keep on top of things. I have heard that a lot that are for sale in the usual suppliers are very unreliable, don’t know how true that is. My question is what would be my best course of action, buy new or take them off and send them to be reconditioned. Would you do both as the offside is good.

thanks Paul

Paul - recondition them both and get them uprated at the same time  -    15% or 20% seems most popular

send them to V& C Engineering in Bala North Wales - they do a really good job

They more than likely use the above mentioned firm, go direct.

If you are sending them off, I would suggest having the externally adjustable valves put in.  I have them, and it was nice to be able to dial in that last bit of damping. I liked them so much, I bought a second set of valves and put them in my back up (spare) pair.
