Paul Garvey
I am about to overall my engine. I have just read on the internet that the replacement oil pumps are from India and are not finished to a high standard. I am hoping mine will OK once I can get a feeler gauge to it but if it is worn does anyone know where I can it reconditioned in the UK rather than buy a new one sourced from India. iain
Refurbish every time if it’s not too far gone. Clear instruction is given in the WSM.

BlueTR3A-5EKT
You can buy quality internal parts for the pump if your main body is ok and you have lapped the end plate flat. The inner rotor must be pinned to the shaft as in this photo. https://www.racetorations.co.uk/product/oil-pump-internal-spindle-rotor-tr2-4a/
