Phil Read
Has any one fit one of these crash pads from Moss? https://www.moss-europe.co.uk/crash-pad-lower-lh-vinyl-foam-808732.html
stuart
You would need the original metal inner part of the handle to make it look anything like it I would say. Stuart.
RogerH
Hi Phil, the Moss finished grab handle isn't quite finished. The Vinyl covering needs to be pulled over the back and 'glued' down. Yo0u will probably need a heat gun to gently soften the vinyl. As Stuart stated there should be a metal plate on the back to hold it all together. No longer available new now. Sometimes on EBAY. Or request on this forum - maybe!!. Roger
Rob Salisbury
Hi, not a cheap option but worth checking out the offering from the TRShop, their interior stuff is always very near original quality. Cheers Rob
graeme
I have tried fitting the Moss LH dash grab to my RHD TR4A. It does not fit at all, it is too wide, I refitted the original tatty one. I hope the TRshop offering is better. RogerH
Hi Graeme, when did you try to fit the Moss handle. The item they have at the moment was made this year. Previous models were hopeless. Roger
graeme
Hi Roger, I just checked my orders and the grab was ordered on 20th May this year. Old stock being sent out to the furthest destinations?? Cheers Graeme
RogerH
I suspect that had no old stock. Oh dear. Roger
