John Morrison
just from curiosity, why is the clutch fluid pipe on a TR6 5/16 and not 3/16 as on a TR4 etc? John.
BlueTR3A-5EKT
Good question. TR2/3 with Lockheed hydraulics has a 1/4” clutch pipe and 3/16” brakes. NB Lockheed clutch slave cyl. Lockheed brake circuit. Girling hydraulic type on later use 3/16” clutch. NB Girling clutch slave cyl. Girling brake circuit. TR250/5/6 Girling brake and clutch master. NB Lockheed clutch slave Girling brake circuit. Perhaps the Lockheed clutch slave is the reason for the 1/4” pipe.

RogerH
Hi John, there is no engineering reason to use the larger size. Could it have been replaced by whatever was to hand. Roger
