rvwp
Hi Guys, Just noticed one of my rear shocks is leaking oil. Any ideas where to get new seals, or who best to refurbish if no seal kits are available? Thanks Rich

Phil Read
Are they leaking badly or is the "oil" you noticed an accumulation of a very weep over a long period of time? It is common for lever arm shockers to weep slightly and if they still work effectively they can be topped up with oil. Back in thhe 60s we used to do this as part of a 12,000 mile service. Z320
They have never built to be sealed the way we expect it today, they have a plug on top to refill and due to the workshop manual of the TR4 this id every 20,000 km.
