Now that is cheaper than a Gym membership ! I became worried when he knelt down, I thought he was praying !

Timber takes the ballistic sting out of impacts. When removing TR hubs in a similar manner I use a piece of ally plate to protect things and keep the shock levels high. 

A bit of heat never goes amid either. Not too hot just enough so that you need gloves.
