AarhusTr6
Hi Has anyone had one of these made locally before? Close to me is a place that does metal sheeting and if I got the template or diagram I thought maybe they could make me a nice stainless steel one. Anybody made one before? Rex Wyer
Hi Rich, You can pick these up on e:bay for about £ 55-00 although I do not know what the postage would be to Denmark. Rex
Nigel Triumph
It's not difficult to make one yourself, though it helps to have a sheet metal folder. I used the old cardboard cowl as a template. Nigel
ed_h
This is a home-made shroud. Excluding the fresh air inlet, it's pretty simple. Ed
Nickffc
There aint nothing that beats an Ed manufactured shroud ????
AarhusTr6
That nice Ed. The purpose of the outlet on the right . . what is it for?
Mike C
I don't want to usurp Ed , but my guess would be a cold air intake for fresh air from the front of the car.
ed_h
That's right. Fresh air for the carbs. Ed
