McMuttley
Pukka Circa half price, seem to be genuine, sealed boxes etc http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00062Z12O/ref=pe_385721_37986871_TE_item Unfortunately the stubstacks will need a little fettling.

McMuttley
Short pipes that go inside the filter to increase the velocity of the snake oil vapour as it enters the carbs
Lebro
Are they part of the filters ? & what "fettling" do they require ? Now you've shown that Amazon page you've got me tempted ! Bob.
Peter Cobbold
Stub stacks - bellmouths - wont do anything to reduce the 'constant depression', that is set by the piston/spring. At higher hp they will even cause the mixture to lean a bit. Because the pressure drop across the bare mouth - aka 'entry loss' - is embraced by the standard needle profile. When a bellmouth is then fitted that entry loss disappears and the piston sinks a bit to keep the depression constant, and that lower needle position is leaner. For a given throttle setting, mass air flow also stays the same with/without a bellmouth. All the above does not aply to Webers etc where a bellmouth does help reduce the entry loss. Drewmotty
Looks like I've missed it but what was McMutley's price? Around £64 seems the cheapest I can find.
