TR Tim Posted November 27, 2015 Report Share Posted November 27, 2015 Hi All I have had to take the interior out of my Tr5 (again!!) to work on the overdrive and wanted to add some sound and heat insulation to the transmission tunnel area. The 2 footwell carpets had been stuck down by the PO and I have damaged them in the removal. Anyone know where I can get just those 2 pieces? Nice quality colour black. harrytr5 Posted November 28, 2015 Report Share Posted November 28, 2015 My local trimmer made these for me from my ruined carpets.He unstitched the rubber over matt and stitched them on to the new carpets. There are several well known ones in the UK -- others here will have better recommendations than I. Whn my body guy messed up one of my car's underseat carpet pieces, The Magic Carpet Factory (TRF's in-house trim shop) remade just the one piece for me.
