Pedal box bushes

The four bushes that fit between shaft and pedals have been removed by P O for some strange reason.

Are these still available and were from.

I rebuilt my pedal box a few years ago and I think i got my bushes from either Moss or Tr shop so they are still available.

They probably have not been removed, on the early cars they fitted nylon/plastic type bushes which wore out quickly and disintegrated. The later cars and the replacement bushes are bronze I think.

Grame yes you are probably right there was some hard deposits in the pedal tubes.

All sorted new bushes from T R Shop London.

Used a bench vice to push them in , all 4 went in easy .

One of the bushes was a little tight on the main shaft sorted this out with a dremmel.
