I don't mind travelling to get a decent job so John D and Dave McD recommendations are not out of the question. However if some one more local can do it I'll look into that to. I had contacted Rob Walker but he didn't reply so maybe a phone call only company. As far as balancing goes I have always had the parts balanced when rebuilding these engines. Never gone as far as dynamic balancing but always matched pistons, rods for wieght and statically balanced the crank. What I had also was a diametre gauge from the cylinders and a lathe and micrometer measurement. So I drilled them all in line and made my own bushings from CuSn12, unfortunately that material is expensive but some companies offer tube material and one had the proper diametre.
