Donington, Easter Sunday 8th April

Recommended Posts

A good days motorsport is in prospect at Donington's MGCC meeting on Easter Sunday.

The Thoroughbred Sportscar race has 4 TR6s and a TR2 in a total field of 25 cars. There is a genuine chance of a TR6 coming home first.

The Ecurie GTS race has 3 TR4s in it, any one of which could do very well in the total entry of 32 cars.

Well worth a day out and for the uninitiated a good taster of what to expect from the venue for the Historic Festival on 5th/6th May where the TR Register will have a presence over the whole weekend for what promises to be a briliant meeting. A heavily discounted entry is available for this May meeting via the club.

Hi Steve,

Great to meet you and always good to have a crowd of TR supporters at the race meetings. Glad the weather was so nearly kind to us but that shower really spiced things up as if I needed that fending off that MGB for the majority of the race.

If you got any photos they are always much appreciated...to robroodhouse@gmail.com

Cheers

Rob
