Or maybe worn universal joints, nuts loose on UJ flanges, out of balance prop shaft. Also check rear tyres don't have a bulge in the rubber anywhere. Had something similar on an Austin mini in the 1970's where one tyre had an egg size bulge on one side. That made a wub wub wub noise.
