The switch, 3 terminal then 4

the motor, armature has overwind circuit then offset brush for speed control.

the wheel boxes, gain teeth on tr6 by having larger diameter rack driven gear.  Different visible chrome  nut and  it’s thread to hold washers jets in place.   Not interchangeable.!

the width of the wiper arm that plugs into the blade. not desperately important   Needs matching blade though.   Tr 6 used low reflective or black.

The wiring has extra wire on TR 6 from switch to motor.

Mounting bracket for motor complete change of how it’s done.

Rack and motor remain common.

Did the changes provide any wiper improvement on the 6 do you know ?

Yes the round bodied 14 W motor is stronger with more torque to improve wiping.  As compared to the square bodied DR3A two speed unit.  Tends to be more reliable and resistant to being stalled.  That said it is still a fairly basic item that relies on the strength of the rack and wheel box system.   A modern eccentric crank system would be far more durable.    See ‘Project Binky’ on U tube  for adapting a modern system to replace the classic Mini rack and wheel box set up.
