The RH door on the TR 2 is a NOS item and needed fettling to get it to fit and align nicely. Peter W NOS ones came into the spares system back then for a reason. They didnt fit the cars on the line. The standard practice back then and this applied to all manufacturers was as they were building the shells any panel that didnt fit went on the side and at the end of the week they were shipped out to the dealers to be sold as replacements for accident damaged cars.
