rcreweread
What I fail to understand about frauds like this is how the perpetrators get away with it, day in, day out. Ebay must be able to identify who is the real individual behind all these fraudulent listings, and if they can't, then they MUST be brought to account by the relevant authorities Secondly, with all the recognition software available today, I cannot believe that they could not easily detect that the photos/description already exist/existed elsewhere and they have been lifted - it shouldn't be difficult to hold a listing where concerns are raised to allow it to be checked before the listing takes place, but maybe that is too simple!! When I tried to report a listing as stolen property, as effectively the lister has stolen someone's listing/data/WHY, it wouldn't allo me to do that as it said something like only the Police could use that reason- as if they have time ! Give me strength!! Cheers Rich
