About to start the reassembly of the repainted four wings and two doors on my TR4.

Any particular order to refit them and is non-setting windscreen sealant still the choice of mastic for wings to inner wings around the wing beadings?

Finally on another seperate, but related topic, am I correct in thinking chassis steel is 16SWG?

Cheers,

John.

We use 2mm to repair chassis and that works fine. The non setting windsceen sealer is the best thing to use so you can get them off again if needed. Its a messy job but worthwhile. Best assembled front wings first then work back.

Stuart.
