RogerH
Hi Pete, I can do better. When I was at BA my pay group had a productivity element to pay rises. We had to perform and do tricks. completely pointless. I soon found that due to my position I could actually balls things up (clerical record keeping etc) them implement a computer fix - stupid managers thought this was excellent stuff. I wonder how far I would have got if I had stayed longer. Roger Edited October 4, 2017 by RogerH
