peter moffatt
Good morning All, I am currently restoring my TR250. The chassis is repaired diff mountings strengthened painted & now complete with all the running gear fitted. The engine has been re-conditioned & the cyl head as been converted to run on unleaded petrol as with the gearbox with an a/ type overdrive, new drive shaft rear hub bearings & new u/j joints. I collected the newly painted bodyshell (in Jasmin ) from the paint shop & fitted it to the chassis. Now all the hard greasy rusty work is complete & I can move on to the the nice shiny bits. The question I have is that the w/wiper switch has four terminals but the h/book shows only 3 terminals, will the 4 terminal switch work?. Cheers Peter

John390
If it is a TR6 switch that you have it will not work the right way as it stands. Cheers John Edited November 28, 2016 by John390

johnny250
I seem to remember that I needed to go via a relay to get slow/fast speed operation....? john
John390
That's what I have done in the past with a TR6 switch. They work differently. Cheers John
