McMuttley
The Moss HS6 gasket set, part number ..... AUE812A appears to show a gasket for between the dash pot/chamber lid and the main carb body (as it has the 3 eccentrically spaces holes) - although the main page exploded view does not show any gasket. My troublesome carbs have no such gasket - is this important and could this be a source of my issues, i.e., air getting through this area ? http://www.moss-europe.co.uk/shop-by-model/triumph/tr2-4a/fuel-system-induction-controls/carburettors-manifolds/carburettors-air-cleaners-hs6-su.html Thanks - looks like this week is national SU week on the Forum. Wayne - I think servicing your SU's should be on the list of seminars for Lincoln !
