Rodbr
I am looking at a covered trailor but it is for a race car so fairly low. As I plan to run with side screen anyway can anyone give me the height without screen and the width of the scuttle. I know I would have needed 50inch height with screen. The trailor is 4 feet high in the middle and tapers down to 3feet 7" at the outside with 6ft 10" wide along the length. It is what they call a clam shell trailor. Ian Vincent
My TR3a happens to be sitting in the garage 'sans' screen at the moment and measures 36.5 inches at the highest point - the scuttle. Rgds Ian
2SwissTriumphs
Without the front screen, you can drive under car park barriers too - saves a fortune on parking costs !
Alec Pringle
That sounds like our Rod . . . . . . but will he remember to duck rather than nut the barrier ? Cheers Alec
TR24178
is'nt the wheel the highest point?
Ian Vincent
is'nt the wheel the highest point? Apologies if I misled anyone, - my mistake. Yes, it is and depending on the diameter it will stick up above the scuttle by 3 to 4 inches. Rgds Ian
