TIMS
Mark From the wording of your posting you are new to Malvern. Welcome to the fun palace. The site of the International is the Three Counties Showground in Malvern Wells and camping is the thing. The site is many acres with internal roadways dividing the area up into grass blocks which are utilised, for major agricultural and flower shows, for the big marquies. We do not go that far but there is plenty of space for camping, in both noisy and quiet areas. Dogs do not seem to be any problem, as long as they do not wake up to early in the morning, and infact there is a dog show for you to enter the puppy into. (there sems to be some confusion as to whether the dogs that should be entered are cars or four legged friends, but that is another tale (sic)). Camping is £8.00 per tent per night and the gates open at 2.00pm on Friday. See you there Regards Tim
jean
Mark, if you go to the topic MALVERN 2007 in the Main Forum you find on page 3 a picture of the showground taken from Malvern Hills. Yes it's not that large due to foto size restrictions, but you can make out how it looks in general. You will spot the tents on the showground. The left part in the picture is the quite area, the right hand is the noisy area. The entrance side and left upper side in the picture is ideal for people with dogs, you will have more open space to walk the dog, anyhow for this task avoid places where tents are errected, otherwise you might not make many friends
