rudi
A Cie called GKM Promotions in Belgium is selling OOM515R as supposed to be an EX-Works car prepared for the RAC. The asking price is far beyond my budget, but it would be nice to get some more info from the forum about its history. (I thought I read some comments from Bert Smeets on this particular vehicle, but I can't remember where.) see pictures on http://www.fastcar.be/index.php Cheers, Rudi
BrianC
The asking price is far beyond my budget... ...and probably that of most of us mere mortal TR owners, but how much is it going for?
Beans
OOM515R was originally used as a recce car. So it was never used as a works rallye car, so a car with no real history Only OOM512R, OOM513R, OOM514R were rallied by the "works" A picture from it's earlier life nicked from the Club Triumph forum ... rudi
The advertised price is 60.000 Euro (or approx. 40.000 GBP). Malcolm, do you remember where I can find Berts comment? Rudi

Rudi Oh well, there goes another fantasy (I'd still be interested to read Bert's comments though, but I can't find them either).
jonlar
I'd still be interested to read Bert's comments though, but I can't find them either. Probably "too bloody expensive" or similar, that really does sound a fantasy price.
