SteveP TR3A
Hello Everyone, this is my first post since acquiring my TR3a in late October. I am in the process of replacing the rear wheel brake cylinders on the car. Having trouble getting the retaining clips off so that the cylinder can be pulled through the back plate. The hydraulic pipe has been detached from the cylinder and the handbrake lever clevis pin removed too. Any help welcome on how to do this please. Thanks, Steve
Lebro
The clips should just slide out. Bob.
SteveP TR3A
Thanks Bob, that is what I thought too. I am struggling to get them to shift - tried pushing with a screwdriver, but can't shift them yet. They do look like they have been there for a while! Steve

SteveP TR3A
Success! After some bashing and bending I have got the retaining plate and spring clip off now. They had been fitted incorrectly. Thanks for all your help.
