MilesA Posted May 17, 2023 Report Share Posted May 17, 2023 Both my old and new gear lever gaiters are ‘tilted’ cones as I hope you can see from the photo. The stitching is on the long slope on the left hand side on both. Clearly, they are intended to be fitted in a particular position. Anyone know the correct position? charlie74 Posted May 17, 2023 Report Share Posted May 17, 2023 I believe that the seam would be at the 6 o’clock position if 12 is towards the front of the car. When the shifter is in neutral it is in it’s most “relaxed” state, or at least that is how mine is… Quote Link to post Share on other sites
