dave-lewis Posted May 30, 2006 Report Share Posted May 30, 2006 Hi Tom, If the bodyshell was trimmed out seperately, as was the TR6, the shell would have been lowered onto the chassis, on the assembly line "track" from the body storage area above the New Assembly Hall or "rocket range" as it was called. so the all the body mounting bolts would have been zinc plated.
