BlueTR3A-5EKT Posted March 12, 2020 Report Share Posted March 12, 2020 (edited) When you say later split type do you mean the type that uses pins to hold the pads in as fitted to TR4A-6. If so ...... The later calipers will fit with the early brackets but you need to use the early discs so the pad sweeps the disc face fully. Greater torque reaction than with the smaller disc.
