Hi Rog...surprise indeed!...I notice you have a rubber? sealing washer at the top which I dont have,I will add one. Well its all thanks to Alec coming to the rescue to solve this.Thank you Alec for such detailed report. Seems like a few of us might not have the'proper' ones but I'm sure they will be OK in service.
