Motorsport Mickey
A decent sympathetic review of the TR7, makes a change from the lazy normal journalistic scribblings. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/cars/classic/the-triumph-tr7-at-40-a-beauty-or-a-beast/ Mick Richards
MadMarx
The same was seen in the late 80ties. All wanted TR3 or TR6 and walked past the TR4. Then suddenly people learned that the TR4 was THE race car in USA ran by Kas Kastner and Bob Tullius. Since then the TR4 is one of the most favorite cars of the Triumph crowd and also used by many racers. Maybe the TR7/8 will one day also been known as famous race and rally car and find its way to the heart of the crowd. Edited September 20, 2016 by MadMarx
TriumphV8
TR8 is not the nicest but a wonderfull racer. Very small and not a plastic monster like the TVR and it has the engine I like. It is good that people do not ask for it like it should be. So we have the chance that more people can afford to use it as a race car!
