Hazard light switch replacement

Recommended Posts

Hi All, first post here by first-time TR6 owner in Spain. (LHD 1972 CP, assembled in Belgium.) I've been hard at work exterminating the various electrical gremlins inherited with the car, to which end a new hazard light switch is now on order. But is there any way to fit this without dismantling the entire dashboard? It's sandwiched between the speedo and the tachometer, and I can't make out how it's fixed. It doesn't look like it just pushes out, like the washer and wiper switches.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

I think that plate is fixed from the rear, two little screws.
